Taking care of my body is part joy of exertion and part contemplative exercise. Swimming is my primary form of exercise and always has been, and as long as I can still do it, I will get in the water and swim as far as I can. Running, Cycling, trail running, mountain biking, triathlons, and open water swimming – all of these are new to me, but I love them. As I improve I keep finding more and more to love about them as well. I’m a dedicated researcher and explorer of all things fitness and will try new things from barefoot running to different types of yoga all to see what my body can do.

Training For?
